Position Description

One12 Design is seeking creative, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our event production team!

As an Event Production Associate, you will assist with event setups and breakdowns. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys creative environments, has strong attention to detail, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Requirements

-Set-up tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, backdrops, and decorative elements

-Load, unload, transport, and organize event equipment and supplies

-Follow event layouts, design plans, and instructions

-Maintain a professional outlook while demonstrating respect and cultural understanding when interacting with clients, guests, and team members of all backgrounds

-Reliable personal transportation is required

-Ability to lift and carry 30+ lbs when needed

-Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for 4+ hours

-After hours Availability for occasional breakdowns between 10 PM and 2 AM

-Excellent teamwork and communication skills

-Strong problem-solving abilities

-Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed

-Previous event setup or decorating experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Availability

This is an event-based position with no set weekly schedule or guaranteed hours.

Work opportunities are offered based on confirmed event bookings. Schedules vary and may include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and late nights.

Associates will be contacted regarding upcoming events and scheduled based on availability and staffing needs as soon as we have notice. Usually the week before.
